Check ABS for trouble codes; 5100 ( L6/1 Left front speed sensor; circuit malfunction), 7271 (implausible values from the RPM sensor; front axle). Recommend to replace LT/frt wheel speed sensor.
Check SRS for trouble codes; found code 9013 (Component S68/1 Driver's seat buckle and seat belt warning switch has large resistance). Recommend to replace LT/frt seat buckle unit.
Perform brake fluid flush service
Perform front and rear Differential services
Replace rear wiper blade
Tire pressure control has intermittent communication with one TPC sensor; Additional Diagnosis required to determine faulty wheel speed sensor. Note* Tire pressure sensors have an internal battery with a limited service life of approx 5 – 6 years.
1) Ask client regarding previous service history; Brake flush due every 2 years; Engine air filter; Cabin filter; 2) Found nail in Rt/rear tire; Removed nail, no leaks.
Check vehicle on cold start up; could not verify any abnormal condition on start up; air injection operation noticeable, but normal condition. Also, slight engine vibration can be felt through frame; Engine and transmission mounts have slight wear. Client to monitor condition for any changes.
Inspect suspension/drivetrain; suspension ok. Found power steering fluid slightly low; topped off power steering fluid level; no leaks found.

1) Transmission mount worn/collapsed; Recommend replacement. 2) Brake fluid dark/dirty; Recommend brake flush. 3) Hood shocks worn/no support; Recommend replace both hood shocks. 4) Tail lamp warning coming on dash; LED strip malfunction; Recommend replace both side tail lamps.
Check power steering fluid level; ok. Checked power steering for leaks; Found residual fluid leaking down the front of power steering reservoir but power steering pump is dry. Note* Client stated that he added power steering fluid. Cleaned residual power steering fluid and rode test vehicle approx 4 miles. Re-check vehicle for leaks; no leaks found. Noticed engine belt making squeaking noise while running; found belt chaffed on outer edge and slightly misaligned and rubbing on the outer side of smooth idler pulley. Removed Engine belt tensioner and installed mounting shim for correct alignment. No belt noise after repairs.
Check vehicle for trouble codes; Engines = 0810, 0814, 1321, 1293, 1353, 2071, 2226. Codes # 0810 & 0814 are Air Injection malfunction codes for both side cylinder banks. Other trouble codes were stored codes and were related to CAN Data communication and low voltage. Perform activations for air injection; no output. Test air injection system; found 30 amp maxi-fuse burned for air pump circuit. Replaced 30 amp maxi-fuse for air pump circuit. Re-check air injection function; normal operation at this time. Cleared all trouble codes; perform drive cycle, no codes re-detected. Recommend to monitor air injection system for now.
Needed to add 5.05 gallons of premium unleaded gasoline; $15.76,,, Note fuel level needs to be between 30% – 90% capacity to perform EVAP monitor test.
Smog Certificate $15.00 – Passed all monitors

Check vehicle for trouble codes in a/c system; B1205 (Refrigerant pressure is too low), B1020 (B10/9 Evap temp sensor). Check a/c system; found a/c blower motor does not come on. Test a/c blower circuit; found a/c blower regulator has internal electrical malfunction. Recommend to replace a/c blower regulator and a/c blower motor together due to age and mileage of vehicle.
Install used A/C compressor assembly. Evacuate and recharge a/c system; Add a/c oil and leak detection dye. No warranty on used parts

Check vehicle trouble codes; found many assorted codes for low voltage supply and other codes for related control units. First, check battery and charging system; found charging system good, but vehicle systems battery weak and failed battery test. Also battery is a 2014 production. REPLACED VEHICLE SYSTEMS BATTERY AND CLEARED ALL TROUBLE CODES. Recheck trouble codes in all control units; found current code that will not erase, in particular Rt/frt SAM module; B1000 (Control module N10/11, passenger side SAM is faulty, If there are no customer complaint, the fault can be cleared); also stored code B1013-001 (Terminal circuit 15 short circuit to battery). Check vehicle for key off current draw and found 3.6 amp current draw after vehicle sits overnight. Trace battery current draw to Rt/frt SAM control module and draw is eliminated when Rt/frt SAM module is disconnected from the vehicle. However, after re-installing Rt/frt SAM module, the current draw is now approx 50 -70 milliamps; good. The control module reset itself and current draw is at specification. Perform Road test and found that all systems operate normally, but found that the two same codes were re-detected by the Rt/frt SAM module; B1000 (Control module N10/11, passenger side SAM is faulty, If there are no customer complaint, the fault can be cleared); also stored code B1013-001 (Terminal circuit 15 short circuit to battery). RECOMMEND TO REPLACE THE RT/FRT SAM CONTROL MODULE AND PERFORM INITIAL START UP. PERFORM DRIVE CYCLE AND RECHECK FUNCTION OF BODY AND ACCESSORIES SYSTEMS.
COURTESY INSPECTION
Related to radio concern with Rt/frt SAM module and battery low voltage condition.
Replace Rt/side SAM control module. Perform initial start up and coding. Clear all trouble codes and road test; no codes redetected and all systems normal operation at this time.
