    • Bad systems battery causing too low voltage for many electrical consumers to operate normally once vehicle not running, recommend replacing battery to remedy
    • BATTERY – Remove & Replace – Front or Rear – [Includes: Test. Includes: Perform relearn procedure.]
    • Checked door lock operation, found at times nothing happens when key buttons pressed. Connected scan tool to vehicle, checked for available fault codes, many under-voltage codes found. Tested battery with tester, found battery fails load test. Connected ammeter to vehicle, checked for potential quiescent current draw on battery, found 4.6A draw once CAN network goes dormant. Determined draw coming from front passenger SAM module(which also has fault code for being defective, B1000). Performed hard reset of front passenger SAM module, found when CAN network goes dormant, now quiescent current draw goes down to 25-30mA, normal. Cleared all fault codes, no codes currently return. Charged battery over-night, found battery still fails battery test in morning, bad battery causing too low voltage for PSE module to operate door locks, recommend replacing battery
    • Replaced collapsed transmission mount. Road tested vehicle, found some vibration still felt at times, recommend also replacing engine mounts at this time
    • Replaced fuse for cigar lighter. Installed fuse, cigar lighter working normally
    • Road tested vehicle, found worn/collapsed engine and transmission mounts causing vibration felt through vehicle. Recommend replacing engine/transmission mounts

    • $280 all the way around including windshield; mobile. $220 all the way around at his shop (Note* the windshield tint is $100) Also, ceramic tint is $400 all the way around.
    • > AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace – Both
    • > CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • > FRONT LOWER THRUST ARM BUSHINGS – Remove & Replace – Both Sides
    • > Perform Brake fluid flush Service
    • Check power steering system; could not verify any abnormal noises or problems. Client to monitor condition.
    • Recommend replacement of cabin filter and to perform brake fluid flush.
    • Road test vehicle; could verify light noises from suspension but no abnormal noises. Inspect suspension; found front lower guide arm bushings leaking (Hydraulic filled); Recommend to replace front lower control arm bushings.

    • 1) Brake fluid dark; Recommend brake flush. 2) Cabin filter dirty; Recommend replace. 3) Rear wiper blade coming apart; Recommend replace. 4) Ask client regarding previous service history; Transmission service, Brake flush, Engine air filters, Cabin filter, Client states spark plugs were performed at 80k.
    • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • Check ABS for trouble codes; 5100 ( L6/1 Left front speed sensor; circuit malfunction), 7271 (implausible values from the RPM sensor; front axle). Recommend to replace LT/frt wheel speed sensor.
    • Check SRS for trouble codes; found code 9013 (Component S68/1 Driver's seat buckle and seat belt warning switch has large resistance). Recommend to replace LT/frt seat buckle unit.
    • Perform brake fluid flush service
    • Perform front and rear Differential services
    • Replace rear wiper blade
    • Tire pressure control has intermittent communication with one TPC sensor; Additional Diagnosis required to determine faulty wheel speed sensor. Note* Tire pressure sensors have an internal battery with a limited service life of approx 5 – 6 years.
    • WHEEL SPEED ABS SENSOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Left Side

    • 1) Ask client regarding previous service history; Brake flush due every 2 years; Engine air filter; Cabin filter; 2) Found nail in Rt/rear tire; Removed nail, no leaks.
    • Check vehicle on cold start up; could not verify any abnormal condition on start up; air injection operation noticeable, but normal condition. Also, slight engine vibration can be felt through frame; Engine and transmission mounts have slight wear. Client to monitor condition for any changes.
    • Inspect suspension/drivetrain; suspension ok. Found power steering fluid slightly low; topped off power steering fluid level; no leaks found.

    • 1) Transmission mount worn/collapsed; Recommend replacement. 2) Brake fluid dark/dirty; Recommend brake flush. 3) Hood shocks worn/no support; Recommend replace both hood shocks. 4) Tail lamp warning coming on dash; LED strip malfunction; Recommend replace both side tail lamps.
    • Check power steering fluid level; ok. Checked power steering for leaks; Found residual fluid leaking down the front of power steering reservoir but power steering pump is dry. Note* Client stated that he added power steering fluid. Cleaned residual power steering fluid and rode test vehicle approx 4 miles. Re-check vehicle for leaks; no leaks found. Noticed engine belt making squeaking noise while running; found belt chaffed on outer edge and slightly misaligned and rubbing on the outer side of smooth idler pulley. Removed Engine belt tensioner and installed mounting shim for correct alignment. No belt noise after repairs.
    • Check vehicle for trouble codes; Engines = 0810, 0814, 1321, 1293, 1353, 2071, 2226. Codes # 0810 & 0814 are Air Injection malfunction codes for both side cylinder banks. Other trouble codes were stored codes and were related to CAN Data communication and low voltage. Perform activations for air injection; no output. Test air injection system; found 30 amp maxi-fuse burned for air pump circuit. Replaced 30 amp maxi-fuse for air pump circuit. Re-check air injection function; normal operation at this time. Cleared all trouble codes; perform drive cycle, no codes re-detected. Recommend to monitor air injection system for now.
    • Needed to add 5.05 gallons of premium unleaded gasoline; $15.76,,, Note fuel level needs to be between 30% – 90% capacity to perform EVAP monitor test.
    • Smog Certificate $15.00 – Passed all monitors

    • Check vehicle for trouble codes; found codes 430A (Stop lamp switch circuit malfunction). Check actual values for stop lamp switch signal; intermittent implausible signal output. Recommend to replace stop lamp switch and recheck ESP operation. Replaced Brake lamp switch and clear trouble codes; perform road test; no codes re-detected, ESP operation normal.

    • 1) Transmission leaking from pan gasket and trans electrical connector. Recommend reseal pan and Replace electrical connector plug; and to replace trans filter when pan is removed. 2) Engine and Transmission mounts worn/collapsed; Recommend replace. 3) Engine air filters dirty 4) A/C Cabin filter dirty 5) Both front guide arm bushings worn/cracking; Also both front spring link arm bushings worn/cracking; Recommend replace bushings and perform wheel alignment. 6) All tires dry rotting with surface cracking and slight cracking on inner sidewalls; 2015 production. Also front tires wearing on inside edges. Recommend to replace all tires. 7) Rt/frt wheel bent on inside edge. Needs Repair/replace. 8) Rt/side air intake tube broken; Needs replacement. 9) Brake fluid dark/dirty; Recommend flush. 10) Engine oil dark/dirty; Recommend engine oil and filter change. 11) Third brake light assembly not working. Recommend replacement. 12) Lt/rear window regulator noisy/broken; Recommend replacement. 13) Turn signal combination switch does not stay switched on when activating left or right turn signal. Needs complete turn signal combination switch.
    • AIR CLEANER ELEMENT – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • BLOWER MOTOR & BLOWER REGULATOR – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – Charcoal Air Filter
    • Check vehicle for trouble codes in a/c system; B1205 (Refrigerant pressure is too low), B1020 (B10/9 Evap temp sensor). Check a/c system; found a/c blower motor does not come on. Test a/c blower circuit; found a/c blower regulator has internal electrical malfunction. Recommend to replace a/c blower regulator and a/c blower motor together due to age and mileage of vehicle.
    • Install used A/C compressor assembly. Evacuate and recharge a/c system; Add a/c oil and leak detection dye. No warranty on used parts
    • Perform brake fluid flush service
    • Perform synthetic engine oil and filter change
    • Replace transmission mount
