    • Replace transmission control module. Perform drive cycle; Found 1-2 upshift is smoother but transmission has a flaring/slipping 2-3 upshift on moderate/heavy acceleration (which was evident on previous test drives before trans module was replaced). Found at approx 10 miles after test drive found vehicle goes to limp home mode and gets stuck in 3rd gear. Check codes in transmission module; 00262 (Solenoid valve 3 – N90 – Electrical malfunction in circuit). RECOMMEND TO REPLACE TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY TO FIX SOLENOID VALVE 3 CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE FLARING SHIFTS OF THE TRANSMISSION AND CURRENT MILEAGE OF VEHICLE CLIENT MAY WANT TO CONSIDER COMPLETE NEW/REBUILT TRANSMISSION REPLACEMENT. VEHICLE WILL NEED TO BE TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR REPAIR AND PROGRAMMING OF VALVEBODY/TRANSMISSION.
