Road tested vehicle, rattle noise heard at slower speeds when driven in parking lot over bumps. Inspected suspension, all bushings and connections appear in okay condition. Disconnected front stabilizer links and tie strapped to the side, road tested vehicle again, found no rattle noise heard. Determined sway bar link ball joints warn causing noise when driving, recommend replacing

Check vehicle for trouble codes; Engines = 0189 (M16/6 Throttle valve actuator, mechanical fault, P2111). Found freeze frame data records shows 24 faults from throttle assembly. Check actuation range of travel for throttle valve actuator; ok/full range. Relearn throttle valve assembly. Clear trouble code for now. Recommend to replace throttle actuator assembly and perform relearn procedure.
Road test vehicle; found vehicle makes light/moderate knocking noise from front suspension when driving over bumps and turning. Check vehicle suspension/drivetrain; Found Rt/front strut assembly making noise internally. Recommend to replace both front strut assemblies. Also, noticed that rearward bushings on both front control arms are starting to crack. This is not the source of any noise but may want to be replaced at a later date; monitor for now.
) Engine oil leaking from engine oil centrifuge; Recommend replace. ) Transmission fluid leaking from transmission pan gasket; Recommend to replace pan gasket and trans filter; Perform transmission service; Ask client when transmission service last performed. ) Bulb out warning coming on; Recommend to replace both side license bulbs. ) Brake Fluid dirty; flush due every 2 yrs; Recommend flush. ) Engine Air filters dirty; Recommend replace. ) Cabin filters Dirty; Recommend replace. ) Shimmy felt at highway speeds; Front tires are worn and starting to have missing chunks; Recommend to replace front tires and have them balanced. ) SRS & Pre-Safe warning light coming on; Diagnosis required.

Removed a/c module and opened module for inspection of circuit board, found water intrusion at a/c control module has damaged circuit board/electronics. Replaced a/c control module with used module, found a/c working normally at this time

Road tested vehicle, found after driven for few minutes coolant temp will slowly climb towards 120deg C but when moving temp will come back down to approx 110deg C. Verified engine fan working and good flow of cooling system, installed known good thermostat, found condition remains the same. Determined radiator restricted with calcium build up, recommend flushing and check cooling system operation
Flushed cooling system, also back flushing radiator assembly. Road tested vehicle after, found cooling system still rises in temp to approx 120deg C but takes much longer and temp comes down to approx 100deg C when vehicle moving. Cooling is working better but still not allowing coolant to flow through all passages of radiator to properly cool, recommend replacing radiator assembly
Replaced radiator with client supplied part, cooling system is operating normally at this time
