Perform Synthetic Engine Oil & Filter Change
Check Engine Belt Drive ; Engine belt drive making noise when engine is first started and when revving engine ; Found belt tensioner weak and smooth idler pulley worn where paint/coating has rubbed off on the inner sides of pulley. Replaced Belt tensioner and smooth idler pulley. Note* There is a moderate engine oil leak from the engine oil filter housing. The oil leaking is spreading down the front side of the engine and collecting an oily/dirt build up on the components. This will contaminate the engine belt over time. Recommend to reseal engine oil filter housing and oil cooler unit.

Recommend to replace LT/Side Tail light assembly.
TAIL LAMP ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – Each ; Left Side
Installed front outer chrome trim pieces for front lower bumper/air dam. Note* Front bumper and undercarriage has road hazard damage. The retaining clips and brackets that secure the chrome trim pieces are also damaged/missing. I tried to secure the chrome trim pieces as best as possible with nylo tie straps where needed. ,,, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ON THIS REPAIR. THE CORRECT REPAIR WOULD BE TO REPLACE FRONT BUMPER AND NECESSARY SUPPORT COMPONENTS…

Check vehicle for trouble codes; no codes in engines. Test fuel pressure and delivery ; Found no fuel pressure at fuel rail. Perform electrical test for fuel pump; found 11.3 vdc while vehicle is cranking, but no output from fuel pump assembly. Recommend to replace fuel pump.

Road tested vehicle, transmission currently has harsh engagement when shifting. Recommend fluid renewal/flush attempt, cannot be sure if contamination of clutches and torque converter has caused excessive wear, replacement of transmission and torque converter may be necessary to remedy
Includes removal of transmission valve body assembly to allow most possible amount of contaminated fluid to be drained
After several attempts to flush transmission, fluid appears to be much better in color but previous glycol damage to clutches has rendered the transmission unusable, recommend replacing
Transmission cooler internal to cooling system radiator has failed allowing transmission fluid and engine coolant to mix inside engine cooling system and inside transmission, recommend replacing radiator and flush fluid in both systems
Replaced radiator assembly and flushed cooling system, cooling system working normally at this time
Replaced transmission assembly with torque converter(used parts), performed shift adaptations, vehicle shifts normally at this time

Coolant level slightly low. Topped off coolant level. No leaks found at this time.
Found LT/side headlamp high beam not working but RT/side high beam ok. Check Headlamp units for trouble codes; Found no codes in either control units. Check actual values for headlamp control ; Found Lt/side headlamp unit does not recognize High beam request via the CAN Data Bus. Also, does not recognize crcuit 15 (Key On signal). ,,, Possible faulty Lt/side Headlamp control Module. Recommend to take vehicle to MBZ Dealer for further diagnosis and repair. Note* If it is determined that the Ltl/side Headlamp Control Module needs to be replaced ; We will not be able to perform initial start up programming/Coding for the repair.
