    • Road tested vehicle, found after driven for few minutes coolant temp will slowly climb towards 120deg C but when moving temp will come back down to approx 110deg C. Verified engine fan working and good flow of cooling system, installed known good thermostat, found condition remains the same. Determined radiator restricted with calcium build up, recommend flushing and check cooling system operation
    • Flushed cooling system, also back flushing radiator assembly. Road tested vehicle after, found cooling system still rises in temp to approx 120deg C but takes much longer and temp comes down to approx 100deg C when vehicle moving. Cooling is working better but still not allowing coolant to flow through all passages of radiator to properly cool, recommend replacing radiator assembly
    • Replaced radiator with client supplied part, cooling system is operating normally at this time
    • Synthetic Engine Oil Change

    • Performed battery test using Midtronics tester, found battery tests good at 795A EN with battery capacity of 850A EN. Connected ammeter to vehicle to vehicle to check for potential quiescent current draw with vehicle off and vehicle's CAN network in dormant state, found vehicle does not go below 330mA, vehicle should not go above 50-60mA. Accessed SAM modules to perform electrical draw testing, found when fuse 58 pulled from rear SAM module that draw goes down to approx 30-35mA, determined fuse 58 is for keyless go module. Re-installed fuse 58 and accessed keyless go module, removed connectors from module individually to ensure no circuits coming from module potentially causing draw, was able to isolate current draw when vehicle off to actual keyless go module, recommend replacing
    • Replace keyless go module and re-program/initialize keys to vehicle for keyless go///USED KEYLESS GO MODULE

    • BATTERY – Remove & Replace – Front or Rear – [Includes: Test. Includes: Perform relearn procedure.]
    • Checked door lock operation, found at times nothing happens when key buttons pressed. Connected scan tool to vehicle, checked for available fault codes, many under-voltage codes found. Tested battery with tester, found battery fails load test. Connected ammeter to vehicle, checked for potential quiescent current draw on battery, found 4.6A draw once CAN network goes dormant. Determined draw coming from front passenger SAM module(which also has fault code for being defective, B1000). Performed hard reset of front passenger SAM module, found when CAN network goes dormant, now quiescent current draw goes down to 25-30mA, normal. Cleared all fault codes, no codes currently return. Charged battery over-night, found battery still fails battery test in morning, bad battery causing too low voltage for PSE module to operate door locks, recommend replacing battery
    • Replaced collapsed transmission mount. Road tested vehicle, found some vibration still felt at times, recommend also replacing engine mounts at this time
    • Replaced fuse for cigar lighter. Installed fuse, cigar lighter working normally
    • Road tested vehicle, found worn/collapsed engine and transmission mounts causing vibration felt through vehicle. Recommend replacing engine/transmission mounts
