- Check vehicle for Trouble Codes ; Engines = 00348A (Map Thermostat stuck on open position), 003792 (Engine Cooling System, Coolant pump speed out of tolerance). Found Vehicle Low on Coolant ; approx 1 gallon. Topped off. Checked cooling system for leaks ; BIG LEAK ; Found Radiator leaking from Lt/side end tank. ,,, SMALL LEAK ; Found Coolant Lines off turbo leaking and there is dried up coolant build up hanging off turbo lines. Recommend to definitely replace Radiator first then road test – $957. ,,, Then, If fresh coolant is leaking from turbo coolant lines, Recommend to replace turbo coolant lines – $1399. UPDATE : After replacing Radiator and test driving vehicle, there were no additional current leaks from the cooling system. No need to replace turbo coolant lines at this time.
- Found Wipers worn/flat ; Making Chattering noise during operation. Also, found front and rear washer sprayers not spraying. Found both front and rear washer pumps faulty. Recommend replace both front and rear washer pumps and replace front windshield wipers.

- WINDSHIELD WASHER PUMPS – Remove & Replace ; Front and Rear Pumps
- Replaced Fuse #8 for Cigarette Light Socket.
- Check A/C System after repairs ; A/C Blows cold, normal operation.
- ) Engine Oil Dark/Discolored ; Recommend Engine Oil & Filter Change – $124. ) Brake Fluid Dark/Discolored ; Recommend Brake Flush – $139. ) Cabin Filter Dusty ; Recommend Replacement – $82. ) Engine Belt Cracking – $117. ) Fuel Smell ; Found fuel leaking from Lt/side of fuel tank at LT/side fuel sender unit – $546. ——————————————————————————————– Ask Client Regarding previous Service History ; > Spark Plugs due at 60k – $271.
- RADIATOR – Remove & Replace – [Includes: Bleed System (where applicable).]
- LEFT FUEL SENDER UNIT ; FILTER/PRESSURE REGULATOR – Remove & Replace – w/Pressure Regulator
- ENGINE DRIVE BELT – Remove & Replace – sDrive28i – [Includes: Serpentine and V-Belt type Belt(s).]
- Perform Brake Fluid flush Service
- CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace ; No Charge to Client.
